Free mock-ups
Mock-ups are free and come with no obligation. The design stays ours until you go ahead and pay for the work.
Quotes and prices
Prices on this site are a guide. We confirm the exact price, what's included and the timing in writing before you pay anything.
Deposits and payment
A deposit books your slot: £95 for jobs under £1,000, £250 for £1,000 to £1,999 and £500 for £2,000 and over. The balance is due when the work is finished, before it goes live on your domain. Deposits are taken by card through Square, and balances by bank transfer.
Changes
Reasonable changes during the build are included. Anything that adds new pages or features is quoted first, so there are no surprises.
Ownership
Once the work is paid for in full, the design and content made for you are yours to use. You're responsible for having the right to use any photos, logos and text you send us.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed by card through Square and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; it doesn't refund months already paid for.
Your domain and hosting
Where we buy a domain or set up hosting for you, it's renewed while you're on a monthly plan. If you leave, we'll help move it to you.
